  • The holiday home Eden Lago in Alcudia is the perfect choice for relaxing holidays in Mallorca with family or friends. The location could not be better: quiet and private, but just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia. Here you can fully enjoy the sun, the sea and the Mediterranean lifestyle.



    The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A large saltwater pool with 8 sun loungers invites you to relax, while the covered terrace with a wooden dining table creates the ideal conditions for enjoying pleasant evenings outdoors.



    Inside, you will find a bright living and dining room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and four cosy bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, the others have single beds, perfect for families or groups. Two modern bathrooms provide additional comfort, one of which will be renovated in 2026.



    The facilities include air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine and dryer. There are two covered parking spaces available right next to the house.



    There are numerous restaurants, cafés and shops in the area, as well as sporting activities such as tennis, padel and water sports. It is also possible to easily access the old town of Alcudia, with its historic alleyways and weekly markets.



    The property is a semi-detached house. The entrance to the house is not shared at any time.



    The only shared area is the external staircase leading to the main entrance of the house. The gate and the front door of the property are exclusively for the use of the guests staying in this house.



    All other areas of the property are completely private and for your exclusive use, without sharing any spaces with other properties.



    Eden Lago is the ideal holiday home with a swimming pool in Mallorca if you wish to enjoy relaxation, close to the beach and Mallorcan style in a high-quality accommodation.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft

Sie war super ausgestattet und hatte grosszügige Zimmer. Der Pool draussen war sehr schön und es war sehr ruhig. Die Lage war optimal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Busstation und der Strand in nächster Nähe.

Really enjoyed our stay, this is a great and spacious villa with fantastic outdoor space and pool

It's a short stroll over to the beach and there are lots of amenities within walking distance (lovely coffee, fresh juice and croissants from the nearby cafe). Would stay again.

Two families with four children and we had plenty of space. The house was nice and quiet! The pool and the outdoor space was everything that you wanted! I highly recommend this house!

Quiet, peaceful, friendly villa..

The villa is beautiful, looks even better than in the photos, great place for a family, with well equipped kitchen, clean towels provided, comfortable beds, great barbecue area, with charcoal provided, and the pool very clean and very well maintained..We were surprised to find attached our arrival 2 hampers with fruits and other goodies like vine and chocolate..the kids really enjoyed it..at one point the owners visited and gave us a huge pastry..huge thanks for the incredible stay..we will definitely return..️️️

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage, nur kurze Wege zum Strand und Supermarkt. Super ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool. Zu Beginn gab es einen Willkommenskorb mit Obst, Keksen usw., zum Grillen war ebenfalls alles Vorhanden (Grillkohle, Anzünder usw.).Mitte der Woche haben die Gastgeber noch ein leckeres Gebäck vorbei gebracht. Der Pool wurde einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Smooth and easygoing holiday

We had a great time spending our holiday in this nice vila. We have everything we needed. Great location, 5 min from the beach, nice walks, supermarket nearby. Nice swimming pool :) Definitely recommend for easygoing holiday in private.

Beautiful outdoor area

We enjoyed a week at the villa with two babies 3 adults and 2 children. We loved the outdoor area very spacious and clean. The pool was a big size and we enjoyed the large table where we sat and ate most evenings.

Property was very clean, it had everything we needed for a large family. Welcome package of fruit&#47wine and pastry dropped off mid stay was very kind. Beds were large and comfortable. Hosts were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

Monaghan Family holiday 2024

We all had a fantastic time at Eden lago, the villa is beautiful. A lovely welcome basket was in the kitchen on arrival, my 6 year old was in the pool everyday and loved every minute of our holiday. The only problem was the mosquitoes at night but would definitely come back

Vi hadde et flott opphold

Vi hadde et flott opphold. Huset er veldig rent og pent. Spesielt uteområdene er kjempefin. Bassenget er barnevennlig, det er mange solsenger, grill og store spisebord. Huset ligger ligger tilbaketrukket med lite støy, samtidig som det er meget kort vei til strand, butikker og restauranter. Huseier var også veldig hyggelig og kom på besøk med bakst. Vi ønsker gjerne å komme tilbake.

Dejlig ferie.

Skønt hus - gåafstand til indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter og ikke mindst dejlig badestrand. Veludstyret med køleskabe på hver etage og rigeligt service og bestik. Dejligt pool med velfungerende spiseområde. Meget imødekommende værter så kom forbi med kagespecialitet fra Menorca. Vi var 7 voksne og 1 barn og der var rigelig plads til alle.

Wonderful week

A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world. No improvements needed.

Our family of 7 adults stayed here for a week and loved every moment

The house has plenty of space and is so well furnished with 2 kitchens, a brilliant sized pool and very private surroundings. We loved how secure the property was and the layout was great. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos, we were blown away! The owners came to visit halfway through the week and brought us pastries, so kind! The area is great, the beach is genuinely 3 mins walk away and there’s lots of food spots, shops, bike rentals and activities in very close proximity.

Wonderful Accommodation!

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa, great location, within minutes walk of the beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The house is lovely with everything you need. Pool and terrace area complete with shaded outside dining. The owners are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Am sure we will be back again x Absolutely Nothing!!
