The property is spread over two floors:

Main floor:Upon entering, a spacious foyer with a living area welcomes you. To the right, you'll find a staircase listed as a historical monument, showcasing the cultural value of the house. To the left, a dining room with direct access to the sunny patio and pool. The modern, fully equipped independent kitchen also has access from the street, making it convenient for entry and exit. This floor also features a guest toilet with a laundry area, which is also accessible from the pool area, providing comfort for enjoying outdoor days.

Upper floor:Here you will find three spacious bedrooms. The master suite has a double bed of 2x2 metres. Two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed. A complete bathroom with bathtub. . All rooms are bright, and two of them offer views of the patio and pool, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The patio and porch, sunny for most of the day, are fully equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a mobile barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.

Just 1.5 km away is Es Barcarés beach, a peaceful coastal area perfect for unwinding. Alcúdia is a renowned tourist destination on the island, ideal for families, nature lovers, sports enthusiasts, and those seeking cultural experiences.
