"Yorkshires best kept secret. Great room. Plenty of space, very clean, bathroom a bit tired but fine. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Loads of parking. Pool and spa very clean and well managed. Location in centre of village is superb."

"Booked here as a stopover on the way to Thoresby hall from Scotland as it was only a short drive off the motorway. We booked bed and breakfast at a very good price and we also had an evening meal. Both meals were great and the room even had an air con unit which was fantastic in the hot weather. The place was great value for money and we will certainly be back, can't thank the staff enough who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well done and we hope to be back soon."

"The location is good and not too far away from city centre. Although the amenities of the room were dated, they were well maintained. Nice dining area for an ordinary English breakfast but I found they don’t serve whole milk! Overall, I have a good experience there and may consider to visit again."
