Excellent location in Earl’s Court, very close to the London Underground as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful! Room was lovely, very clean.

Le lit très confortable et les commodités de la salle de bain vraiment très bien. De plus aucun bruit venant du couloir ou des autres chambres ne nous a dérangé. L’emplacement est excellent à 5 minutes de marche de la station Victoria où on peut prendre le train ou le métro. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

This is a chic hotel a short walk from Westminster and all the major attractions in central London. Note that if you are arriving by Underground, the District Line Station at Earl's Court is about 15 minutes away. Very good breakfast. I like modern hotels in London at reasonable prices and I would certainly stay here again

I will start by saying that I would highly recommend the 1 Hotel Mayfair. The staff are lovely & the rooms are great. This is my 3rd stay there & it didn’t go quite as well as it has in the past. I always bring my dog with me and they usually provide dog wipes so that you can wipe off their feet before entering the hotel room and those were unfortunately not provided this time and they said that they didn’t have them. That was a bummer because I would’ve brought my own, but I didn’t because I anticipated them being in the room again. I would say my biggest disappointment was with room service. I would not recommend the tomato Barada pizza. It is covered in dried tomato paste and then portions of Barada, but it was not very tasty and it was just not what I had expected at all. The tomato sauce is weird and even the Barada is a little weird. In the morning, I ordered a California burrito and ask them to add a few ingredients. They forgot the tomatoes, but they added spicy pickles and because I absolutely hate pickles. The whole burrito was pretty much ruined. When I called them and let them know about it, they said that they would try to take it off the bill. They did in fact take it off of the Bill, but I had a little giggle over the fact that they still charged me for the Latte. I would’ve thought that they would’ve Just exited out the entire breakfast, Bill. It’s not a big deal. I just found it a little funny. It is a great option for its location and service. They just refurbished the rooms and they are beautiful. We come every year and we stay here. This year the staff at the front desk was a little bit overwhelmed.
