Room was as described, compact but had everything we needed, including a much needed Nespresso machine for that morning coffee. My son loved the high bunk double bed. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the food included with our club room was very welcome after our long delayed train journey especially. Will definitely use Z hotels again. Also location was perfect for our London visit.

A lot better than expected for just 1 night. The only thing I didn’t know how to turn off every light when sleeping but overall it was good the staff were really nice and helpful , central so good location would recommend to anyone staying for a few days.

Received an upgrade top a family club room which had the novelty for me of an upstairs room. Great for small families. the room had tea and coffee facilities. a great shower room and for those who want it a big TV in each bed room. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety off hot and cold food

The property is centrally and conveniently located and really good value for money. It is a 2 minute walk from Holborn station and 7 minutes from Covent Garden putting you in the action. There are lots of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops in the area. The staff were very accommodating and are able to luggage check before and after your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great but everything else about the hotel was very poor. Pictures displayed to not do the room Justice in how small it really is there's barely enough room to turn around between two people staying in one room and what's even worse is that the bed was atrocious and felt like sleeping on a cardboard box.

Perfect for our overnight stay in London. Although the rooms are small the use of space is brilliant, they are very well maintained and comfortable. The hotel on the whole was excellent with friendly and helpful staff and in a great location for the part of London.
