Loved the neighborhood and how quiet the area was. Cleaning staff was very attentive, which we really appreciated. My only complaint was the tub didn’t drain very well, so when we showered it was like I was standing in a bath.

Truly a great location. However lifts were out of service. One lift was available but extremely slow. Thankfully we were only on floor 2 and resorted to the stairs.
Area outside of hotel turns into a large gathering area for transients and homeless.
Cleaned every night but trash strewed about.
Very noisy from restaurant early music and underground rail station.
Concierge seemed never available when we needed assistance. In meetings.
