"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. "The breakfast was healthy with loads of choices. Also lots of gluten free options. The hotel has impressive views of the cathedral and there is a quick shortcut through the back of the hotel, to a path that leads to the bridge and city. 15 minutes maximum at a slow pace. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t find a fault. Parking at the hotel was easy directly outside the hotel. We loved the hotel. Thank you for a lovely wonderful 2 night stay. "

"Pet friendly perfect except having to sit outside to dine or in cafeteria part separate from restaurant Air con was so dehydrating! There was an unpleasant scent throughout our room. Could not get rid of it. "
