"The breakfast was tasty. The space is open and well lit. The food was fresh and continually replenished. There was assistance if you needed it. They kept everything very clean. I love the spa treatments. I got a scrub and a massage excellent. Highly recommend the spa. The staff was very nice and helpful. My Portuguese is not that great. They were able to help me with English. The room is clean, felt airy, and fresh. I had a view of the valley. It was very nice. Parking was easy."

"Puro Dao is one of my best hotel and spa experiences. To start with the location; It is located in the outskirts of a charming village in the countryside. There is a station 2 minutes away so you don’t need a car to get there. Once you inside you fell relaxed and very welcome by the lovely staff. Everything is perfect from the different climate smart light to the materials and over to the furnitures and interior design. The Spa is amazing and so is the outdoor pool in the garden. The nature surrounding the village is great for hiking and there is different hiking trails. After the hike I recommend a treatment in the spa, I got a hot stone massage which was heaven. Finally, don’t miss the great local wines and food in the restaurant, or the breakfast. "
