"The staff were lovely . My only complaints were lack of comfortable seating for people staying at the hotel as much was taken up by people waiting to be seated fir meals. The chairs in the restaurant extremely hard. And the coffee cup handles are just little holes many people struggled to get a finger in causing many spills and burning fingers. I am gf they had food for me but I had the chicken skewers and was extremely unwell after so I reacted to something."

"everything was fantastic. the only small thing was no air con but a fan was provided and once we opened the window, it was cool enough but if it had AC then i would say 100/100. the food, the room, the cleanliness', the staff were all top grade. close to the town centre of everything too so location was just what we needed"

"This classically stylish hotel is well located in St. Peter Port, with easy access from the ferry port. Our room was large and, because it looked to the rear of the property, was very quiet. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and had very good meals, but our favorite was the small cocktail lounge off of the lobby where it was suitably dark and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Guernsey."
