Had 3 staff members checking in people, but clueless guests who came in after other guests who were waiting their turn were allowed to check in first. They should not have been allowed to do that. made the rest of us annoyed."

"This hotel is easy access from Heathrow by bus. The room was very comfortable, clean and overall a very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and the morning breakfast that was included was very nice. Would stay there again! The front desk was very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly when we needed help. "

"Receptionist tried and managed to get myself and my friend twin beds instead of a double. Very friendly and helpful. Bar is expensive, over £8 for a pint of Madri lager! Lovely clean room, very comfortable and quiet."
