"Extraordinary boutique hotel. We had a delightful stay. The owners show you to your room, are there every day, and offer good sight-seeing and restaurant advice. The room, like all the decor, is lovely, the beds are comfy, and the table on the balcony is great for coffee. There is a coffee maker, minifridge and an individual air conditioning unit that makes any heat wave bearable. There is ample closet space and the bathroom modern with attractive lighting. If you want to eat in, there is a communal microwave and one-pot meals available to heat up. The wi fi works great. It is a pet-friendly place: several dogs were there, including those of the owners. The only possible minus is that there is no elevator and the stairs are a bit steep. Excellent value."

"Really clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Reason for a 4 not a 5 is if you have a downstairs room the soundproofing isnt awful but isnt great including hearing the drains from upstairs and general moving around. Might not be the same in all rooms. "
