"The hotel is truly spectacular. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, making it a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant — always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The restaurant is excellent; every meal we had was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was varied and full of fresh, local flavors. One detail to note is that the room doesn’t have a traditional closet, just some shelves and small drawers, which didn’t open very smoothly. I recommend renting a car to move around comfortably, especially because the access road is unpaved and can be a bit tricky without a suitable vehicle."

"Large, beautifully designed and maintained property— both landscaping and architecture. Vistas of the water and access to it are excellent. Very clean. Very comfortable. Excellent food and service. Staff was kind and helpful. We did have a plumbing issue in our room. But staff attended to it immediately and fixed it. Proximity to the Piedra del Peñol couldn’t be better. It’s a bit outside Guatape, but readily accessible via Tuk-Tuk. "
