The room with a view was absolutely gorgeous, we almost didn’t want to leave the room! The property was so well kept - clean, decorated beautifully, and so peaceful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful getting us set up in our room, with transportation and food, and to enjoy amenities seamlessly. We will most definitely be back without a doubt the best hotel experience I have ever had!

The hotel is just perfect. The location is only a 10 minute mototaxi ride to “el pueblo” and about a 20 minute ride to “la piedra”. The staff is amazing, super welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We celebrated a birthday and they even had a decoration package. The rooms were clean as were the common areas. Highly recommend, will visit again.

Amazing hotel, supergreat kingsize bed, friendly people and beautiful peacefull surroundings. Hard to describe as it is so incredible. Easy to find. If I should comment something it would be, you don't have a lot of privacy, because the jacuzzinis placed in sight of other cabins,and you can look in the other cabins. Besides that, just know that you have to pay for everything, also shampoo and small items. All and all supergreat stay

The cabins and rooms are fantastic. The staff is exceptional, and the food is amazing. The whole facility is clean and well organized. The facility is on the side of a hill, so there is a lot of stairs and stone pathways. For those who may have trouble with stairs.

El Nido tranquility!

The room was great although the jacuzzi water was cold most of the time. The food was amazing from the restaurant. We didn't have much options as the hotel is in an isolated area unless you have a car to get around which we didn't. It was very relaxing. Beautiful views and amazing weather.

The location, the views, and especially the room are absolutely amazing! BUT: The check out process is designed the ruin the entire positive experience... So be patient especially if you from the US this will freak you out ( they charged us for a small towel that got dirty with make up in the restroom) they come with you to the room and take pictures of amenities while you're discovering the room, that was weird but ok I guess....but now the check out process is really weird and has nothing to do hospitality or any basic modern understanding of tourism, service and psychology..this place seems to be ran by a super OCD accountant whicH helps to make the place clean and visually/ estetically pleasing, but hospitality is not a priority here! Dont worry the setting and the room views ans uniqueness will make up for most of it. I would also skip the food there...there are so many decent food options in the town center I have to admit I loved it the unique hotel still but I will never be back. Yes its weird to give 5 stars and say I'll never be back but the check out process made it clear for me. They got 70.000 pesos extra out of me, I didnt even argue aith them, not worth it....its not the $ its how unwise of them to miss out on millions of pesos tomorrow for thousands of pesos today...that math is not mathing ;)

Everything was great, beautiful hotel and helpful staff. A peaceful place to relax with the family and enjoy nature. My only complaint would be I found the bed rather hard but it was already my second visit to the hotel and I would return again in the future.

Hotel El Nido was wonderful. We had a very comfortable cabin. The jacuzzi was great, the shower was excellent, the restaurant served good food, and the service was very friendly. Very nearby centre of Guatape. You can walk or take tuktuk One tip: Make sure you choose your cabin carefully. If you stay in a cabin close to the bar, you’ll hear music throughout the day. In such a peaceful setting, it felt quite unnecessary, and we weren’t really sure who the music was meant for. Also, pay close attention to any extra charges. We were asked to pay for a bedsheet because it had a small stain on it. This is something we have never experienced before.
