we had a very nice experience. the hotel is very nice and clean, staffs are super amazing, caring and helpful, there's is a bus station next to hotel that takes you to Barcelona city center in 20 minutes The staffs were so helpful they answered every question we had and helped us to find all the attractions and explained everything to us. The breakfast was very healthy and nice, there's a beautiful restaurant in the hotel with a very reasonable price. We had an emergency situation back home...

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. Great Staff and Location!

Great hotel and wonderful location

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

The staff was very accommodating and gave me a rundown on everything to do in the time I was there. They also upgraded my room to a suite.

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

This was a great choice to stay before our cruise. It was a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port (all taxis are metered and there are plenty of them). There were a few restaurant options around. We didn't get a chance to really see a lot of Barcelona, but it was a nice stay.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel overall had a very nice vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.

The staff were nice. The breakfast even though start 7:00 (a little bit late 6:30 is the best) but it was perfect. The room was clean and the service amenities were nice. I would be better if they can add hair comb or brush to the amenities. But in total it is a good, convenient , safe hotel to stay at while visiting Barcelona. You have a train station going everywhere , even to the Airport in Barcelona just down the hotel.
