We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. They were so helpful and accommodated our every request. I would like to compliment the Chef de Partie and staff. The breakfast was fantastic! A full buffet with eggs, bacon, sausage, sliced meat & cheeses, fruit, pastries, coffee, expresso, juice. It was such a pleasant surprise. I had a problem in my room water was leaking and the prompt attention and I was quickly moved to another room. With apologies for the inconvenience and complementary snacks & water. Carol was awesome receptionist also the one that came in after her. I forget her name but she personally walked me to my room. She did everything to make my stay joyful and memorable. I will definitely stay again.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

Such a beautiful place. Old, beautiful, well-maintained and staffed with outstanding young people. I especially enjoyed Maria at the front desk, Jose Manuel our porter. But really, all of them were so helpful and lovely. Charming, even. I love this place. I think I’m too old to make my way back to Barcelona again, but if I did, I’d definitely stay here. Each time we returned to the hotel and were greeted by the doorman, it felt like we were returning to a place that cares about us.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was so amazing and super nice. The location is close to so many things and I was able to walk to most of the places I wanted to see. 1000/100

Very convenient location near Cataluna Plaza. Great contemporary atmosphere and friendly staffs. Strongly recommended hotel in Barcelona.

Very clean and quiet. On taxi 30 drive to sagrada familia church on a Sunday. Loved it!

I don't remember their names, but 2 gentlemen at the front desk were our heros when we checked in! One in particular went out of his way to find our family of 5 another hotel room when our reservation wasn't available. Super nice staff, very clean! Top notch service!

The location was perfect. Near to the beach, the port and la Ramblas. Metro station was nearby. The staff was helpful and great. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.
