"We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "This property is close to the metro, therefore very easily accessible to anywhere in Lisbon. The host was kind and accommodating as we arrived early from Canada and were able to get into the flat 1 hour early as we were so very tired from our travel. The bed is comfy which we were thankful for. The flat is minimally equipped with just the necessities, however, no broom, no iron, and a cork screw that ha seen its last days.
