He made me cancel my stay the day I was supposed to arrive, even though the charges had been taken off my credit card, due to the reason that someone else had booked it on another booking site (so he claimed). He then told me he put in a request to vrbo to have me refunded only for me to find out a week later that he never did after I had to contact vrbo myself to get a refund. "The 2 bedroom apartment has 3 amazing bathrooms with Italian showers and jet tub. I didn't use the kitchen but it is well appointed with necessary appliances. Bed very comfortable.
