"Breakfast buffet selection & employee, Noel J. highlighted our stay! Compared to the ITA Airways Lounge at FCO Airport, the breakfast buffet selection at the Napoleon had far more to offer. Noel & crew were welcoming, overly accommodating, attentive to our needs, very diligent, prompt & consistently pleasant especially during a busy time when guests are in a rush to eat & go. Dining area remained clean. We were always seated right away. Food selection were always well stocked."

"Great place! Very clean and people who work there are supper friendly and fun. They greeted me with an espresso and had really helpful hints about what to see in Rome and how transportation works there. Of course there was a wonderful breakfast in bed."

"This hotel is ideally located near many major attractions. Has elevator unlike many Rome hotels. Rooms are smaller than we are accustomed to in US but very nicely set up. Our room was spotless during our stay. Big fluffy towels - NO WASHCLOTHS - in bath. Bring your own. Sink actually had countertop; unusual in Italian hotels in our experience. Nice shower with lots of water pressure. Roof top bar & cafe, full breakfast & a few offers for dinner. Bar had limited selection but good one. We had room facing south & the air conditioner was more than adequate to keep room cool. Cold at night. Staff mixed; most spoke good English but not all. They do not change money, but there is ATM less than a block away at bank across major street (go left out of door). Bellman very helpful. Knowledgeable & knows area. Desk clerk not so much. No laundry service, but there is a laundry three blocks left out of door just off Volturno. I plan on staying there next visit. But will make reservation directly; hotel.com made two reservations & could not straighten it out or reduce stay by a day. Great place!"
