Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. "Stayed for one night in Room 8, room was clean, spacious and well equipped looking out onto the garden. Full English breakfast was really good, although tea and coffee were extra cost. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Overall a great short stay, we will definitely visit again! "

"The hotel staff were very welcoming and delivered a very nice evening meal quite quickly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and the wifi strong. As the hotel is in the centre of Lacock, its a great location for exploring the village and the abbey. The graveyard is also worth a visit."
