An excellent location in the heart of Alexandria. Staff are very friendly, food is great. Room could be a bit cleaner, bathroom plumbing was not perfect. Overall experience is very good. Would definitely go again.

A nice hotel in a great location near restaurants, cafes, and across from the sea. The hotel is packed with Egyptians on vacation which is a good sign. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel is large with multiple restaurants, we tried the Lebanese and it was good. Our room was average eventhough we paid for Deluxe. We had great room cleaning crew, Muemin and Khamees. They were polite and efficient and also took care of us and checked in to make sure our room was in condition we wanted. We really appreciated them.

Great location and staff. Downside is many things: Rooms & bathrooms are really outdated and not well maintained, bedding and towels are super old, toiletry products are very bad quality, in-room food is not the best. Pool is always crowded and not overlooking the great view of the beach. Overall poor management and not paying attention to details.

Hotel was very clean and the food I had from one of the on-site restaurants was amazing. Only complaint is that for such an expensive hotel I had higher expectations for the Wi-Fi, it would continuously disconnect and couldn’t even support WhatsApp calls

Overall it was a good stay. I would've given it 4.5 stars if I could. The only thing I don't like is how high off the ground the bathtubs are. Very unnaturally high and one might easily hurt themselves going in or out of it. There was no bag in the bathroom garbage can and under the bed was really dusty. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay extra to use the hot tub. I would go there again.

One of the worst hotels ever, the room wasn’t clean like it should, yellow bed sheets, bathroom smells awful, very unprofessional management and staff, I don’t recommend it .
