"The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. To be fair, the price was quite low, too. In short, this place has so much potential but needs attention before renting on vrbo."

"Hilton Alexandria Corniche is a wonderful hotel, 10 stars. My 5 days stay was full of great service from the moment I stepped in until my check out. The pool service staff is wonderful in special Kawther Ahmed, I can only say she is simply wonderful and provides excellent service to the guests using the pool, same with the life ward, this young boy pays close attention to whats happening and makes kids to feel welcomed by providing pool toys, specially making sure they are safe. The Spa service is above and beyond, I had a 1 hour massage and a Marrocan Bath plus a .5 hour massage. The only downgrade is the timing for massages, I am a fibromalgia patient, and I need at least 90 minutes massage in order to feel pain relieved. However, Habiba Tamer made sure those 60 minutes were worty, and gave me one of the bests massages ever. I felt very relaxed and achy relieved.The restaurant in level B2 is delicious, the whole restaurant staff can't be more attentive, and the chefs in special the evening buffet chef is wonderful. The service in overall is exceptional. Excellent service, excellent hotel, excellent room service, clean, and stocked. Definitely I will be coming back for sure, and staying in this marvelous hotel. "This hotel is a beautiful old building from 1902. It has been well preserved and was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the old escalator, the rooftop terrace restaurant and having booked a ‘direct sea view’ room we had a fabulous view from our hotel window of the sea and the historic Fort Qaitbay. Service was top notch from the moment we stepped through the front door and the food was excellent, too. We highly recommend this hotel. "
