Really lovely hotel and such friendly staff. They went out their way to help us whenever we needed anything. Rooms were kept lovely and clean. The main bus going into town took a while to get the hang of as the stops weren't clear and a lot of the stops were missed but the train into the city is about a 25 minute walk.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Clean, modern, good facilities. Modern restaurant. No designated reception area. Good breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and throughout the hotel. Parking onsite and very convenient. Not close (walking distance)to Valencia city center. Have to use transportation to Valencia city center. Rooms clean and minimalist style.
I put the date a day early by mistake and wouldnt be able to get there for the stay and the wouldnt let me chang the date to the next night. That hotel sucks

The staff members did their best to help clients cope with the renovation hassle
Compared to city centre prices some of which were ridiculous this was a very good value hotel. You should expect to have to pay taxi fares, if like us travelling without a car, of around 12 to 18 euros to get in and out of the city. But this hotel was around 300 euros cheaper than city centre ones we checked. The bar was excellent and the 3.95 euro breakfast was more than enough for breakfast and fine food with great coffee.
Very good restaurant if you don’t feel like going out .
Beware though they allow dogs and I was unlucky to have one in a room near me who barked every time someone opened a door . The bathroom drainage does leave an unpleasant smell

Disliked: Staff & service
Stayed here for two nights. Asked for an iron for my dress but the reception said no cos rent out. I asked the reception to give me a call when people return it, but no one call. You can get a bed to sleep but dont expect any service here.

You need to have a car. Alfafar is a different city and the taxi is very expensive. The transportation to Valencia is not comfortable either. You will get problems as well if you do not speak Spanish.
The drain of the shower and the sink didn't work, so the water would stay stuck for long making it difficult. The rooms are not pretty and the staff didn't even want to give me water.
