The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. "Vi stoppede en enkelt nat på vej videre på ferie. Stedet er ikke et traditionelt hotel, men mere konferencecenter/idrætslejr. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Vi ankom sent, men de var meget søde og imødekommende. Vi fik en god nats søvn og kørte videre."

"We drove here for over 2 hours from Nuremberg arriving at 7:30 pm. Upon arrival, we found the place completely dark with locked doors and a sign that said geschlossen (closed). We received no notification from them ahead of time that they were closed and we had already paid in full. This was my worst nightmare. Being in a small village without any other alternatives. We had to drive another 1 1/2 hours to find another place to stay. "
