"The firstr room had a lick in the barhtoom on top of the toilet, so rhe they have to move us to a different room. Friday night there was loud music coming from outside the hotel until 3 qm. The breakfast was eggs, btread, and coffee everyday. At checkout they wanted me to pay for something I prepaid in advance..Overall not good."

"Very nice place. Friendly staff. Close to a gigantic mall that you will love to explore. I’ve stayed over 3 times and still find new shops in the mall. Top notch restaurants in the mall and services like barber shops and nail salons. Literally you can walk to the mall in 5 min. Exito is a supermarket that’s part of the mall. They have the best fresh crescents I’ve ever had. Pair it up with Avena (oatmeal drink) and you got breakfast. "

"I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that. "

"The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night. We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the air conditioning was difficult to control. To add to our discomfort, there was construction work going on at the end of the hall during the day. "
