"5 Star is not always 5 star furniture and upholstery stained fixtures have rust on them walls look like children ate greasy food and wiped their hands on it complained about this then was told I cannot have anyone in my room without paying an under the table fee to the guys downstairs and I objected to that ofc and ten minutes later was told I have to pay 200 for smoking in the room although I not only smoke outside hence the smell of smoke on me but I also have a balcony room for that purpose if I so chose to smoke. I recommend the Park V Hotel which is cleaner the staff are attentive but also are not inside it trying to tax you for being a tourist. Breakfast is blah and of course cold even if you are the first person down there. It’s extremely pretentious so if you have money but still want to be treated like a regular human being do not go there and lastly the price I paid for four nights at the Park V was the price of one night at the uppity Hotel Spiwak. Do not book here you can get a better stay somewhere else."

"Very outdated and not in the best condition. AC doesn’t work properly in the room, towels are old and thin, curtains are dirty and dusty, pillows are smelly. Room and bathroom are very outdated. It took a long time to get hot water in the shower. Toilet doesn’t flush effectively. Sadly this is the best game in town so you don’t have other choices. The pool and food are great. Friendly staff. This hotel is in desperate need of serious work across all facilities. It doesn’t match the experience one has at an intercontinental in other global cities. It has the logo and the name but it really feels like a Holiday Inn from the 90’s."

"These place it is for locals to expend a night. Who don’t care about the place to be clean under the bed or getting a bloody towels. The staff run the pace while the Managment if is ausente for the well been of the business. La Estancia if is around the corner. That it is a real hotel. "

"I wasn't expecting to stay here but because my luggage got delayed I made a last second booking for the night. I speak very little Spanish and the staff was very helpful to work around that. "

"The hotel’s exterior appears inviting, but the interior is a completely different story. The bathroom was in a state of disrepair, with dirty walls and a nasty smell. Additionally, the 4th-floor room had a very bright lamp right outside the window, making it feel like daytime even during the night. We requested extra blankets from the front desk, but they brought us bed sheets instead. Public transportation to the hotel is quite confusing, and there’s no fridge. The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the air conditioning was difficult to control. To add to our discomfort, there was construction work going on at the end of the hall during the day. "
