"The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake."

The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. Die Lage ist klasse, im Berg gelegen mit Ausblick auf den Port, manchmal sieht man Schafe zwischen den Mandel- und Olivenbäumen weiden. Doch es hat vermutlich in letzter Zeit weniger Aufmerksamkeit von seinen Besitzern bekommen, was sich an der Funktionalität der Küche und der Sauberkeit zeigt. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr ganz der Wirklichkeit; das Dach ist nicht mehr beschattet und auch die Vorhänge in der Küche fehlen,...

"We had a nice one week stay at the villa with our family (4 persons). The villa was perfect for us and the location is excellent if you are looking for your own peaceful place with relatively short driving distances to villlages, shopping centers, and beaches. Have your morning cafe during the sun rise at the front terrace and enjoy glass of wine at the pool while watching the sun setting done behind the mountains :-)"
