"I enjoyed my stay. The room was larger than expected and well appointed. The breakfast area was very good and it was possible to eat both in the restaurant or in the atrium. Food was very good, very well presented and plentiful. I used the bar and it was no over priced and comfortable. Tv was on for football but it was not intrusive. The hotel had a shuttle bus to the Fiera which was excellent. When I went into town then it meant buses and this was not a short journey. I had moved hotel because of extending my stay and a ten min walk into town was a contrast to the location of this hotel. Beware. The bus service was ok and the tourist info kiosk inside the hotel was able to sort and forewarn. Not sure if this was a permanent presence or just for the fiesta. Staff always there and friendly as well as effective/knowledgeable. Lifts! Seemed to take ages to ascend and return. Beware and don't be in a hurry. Building does look a little poor and dated from outside. I did wonder if I was going down market but the interior and staff made me forget my first impression. Same goes for bare concrete around stairwells. Odd. The area around the hotel was residential and safe. Bus stop about 600 metres away."

"The breakfast menu was ok but limited to just continental. There isn't enough option. Should include fruits and a cooked breakfast for those who prefer it. Should also cater for dietary requirements such as alergies, celiac disease and diabetes. For example, I try to avoid a high carbohydrate diet because I am borderline diabetic, so I eat mostly fruits, eggs, bacon, fresh meat sausages, beans and vegetables but I felt like I wasn't given that choice. There's always room for improvement. "

"O apoio do staff foi muito bom, muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os equipamentos no quarto estavam um pouco danificados, inclusive com algum perigo para as crianças que ficaram no beliche. "

"We just stayed one night . Underground carpark ..well lit .. and luckily not full so we could easily park. Staff were all great . Shops close by had all the bits and pieces we needed. "

"My stay was very good, can’t complain about anything really. The only thing that maybe I should have said was the 🛌. For me it was a bit too hard, but for others it might have been okay, we’re all a bit different. I was okay for sleeping, just a bit stiff in the morning. You can’t go wrong with the staff, room and food. So a thumbs up 👍."

"Loud music from side pool till 3am. Malfunctioned Air Conditioning all soaked and sweat in the heatwave. Window malfunctioned choked you up in the night. Couldn't sleep a minute at all and end up medication with vomitting and cramped leg. It's a nightmare !"
