Set within a tranquil 2500 square meter garden, our villa offers a peaceful and secluded escape. Enjoy the new swimming pool, built in April 2017, and the delightful outdoor BBQ and pizza oven, perfect for al fresco dining under the stars.

The nearest supermarket is only 2km away, and Alghero’s renowned seafood restaurants are within easy reach. For your convenience, Ryanair and EasyJet provide year-round flights to Alghero, with car hire available from Hertz.

Elegant Living Spaces

The villa is thoughtfully designed over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find the main double bedroom, a mansarda with two double sofa beds and a single fold-out bed, a twin room with two single beds, and another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The upstairs is accessed via a stairway through the main bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably.

Security and Privacy

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV in select areas, ensuring security without compromising your privacy, only the main entrances and outbuildings are covered, the rear garden, pool and gazebo areas have blackout privacy sections so not recorded. Please note, the villa is not suitable for guests with severe accessibility challenges.
