RECENT TRILOCALE APARTMENT, convenient to the Lido beach. Located in a new building, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds, large bathroom with shower and closet; complete the property a terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat outside even and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation and a reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty in parking in the area being close to the beach. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, present: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; in the immediate vicinity all the main services. The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can easily be reached on foot as it is 450 meters from the beach. For large groups, three similar apartments are available in the same building. The rates shown refer to a maximum occupancy of 5 people; for higher occupations: 10 euros per person per day.
