"Advertised that there is a free shuttle service available but refused to provide the service. Had to pay 280 Dirhums for the Taxi to pivk up and drop off at the airport. Really disappointed. "

"The rooms have been renovated and are now excellent in terms of appearance and cleanliness. However, the bed itself has not been renewed, although it was still comfortable. We requested an extra blanket or an extra bed, but there was a delay of more than 3 hours, and unfortunately it was not available. The location is excellent and very close to everything."
