older hotel -was a grand hotel at one time - has been renovated and is still very nice and clean -- room are big , bath is comfortable has a gig tub. hotel is a bit far from things but easy to use bus and metro as well as ferry from the aquarium near by -- best part was the tour shop in the lobby . Katrina set up some great tours for us with easy pick up at the hotel -allin all a great stay in sharjah /dubai --one bad this NO beer in sharjah and very little in Dubai !!!!!

First room smelled horrible cigarettes and second room was put of hot water for more than 10 days. Staff was pushing their promises every day for the hot water until we got fed up and asked for refund. Bear in mind that I booked this hotel room for over 27 days. I used to come here every year for the past 3 years but this is officially my last time here.

I paid for the room what l saw on line they do net have my room they give room no view ocean when I ask for my room, they told me the all booked. I want to leave the hotel because they are for not professional, and they are lying in the list of the hotel.

Hotel zum relaxen und faulenzen

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, leider waren die Betten mir zu hart,und das mit den Duschen am Pool war etwas kompliziert,aber der Pool war beheizt, zum nächsten Strand muss man leider 1 km laufen wo es aber keine Sonnenschirme oder Liegen gibt, Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich,im Restaurant gibt's immer Buffet zum Dinner für knapp 20€ hat mich aber nicht umgehauen

Yo pague por una habitación con cama Queen size y me dieron 2 individuales. La caja fuerte estaba cerrada y no pude usarla el primer día. El segundo día solo tendieron las camas pero no limpiaron nada más. La alfombra quedó llena de pedazos de comida, la taza del baño sucia con excremento y no dejaron papel de rollo baño

Все было бы неплохо, если бы ни обман с пляжем... Когда я год назад смотрела отель и зимой его бронировала - купаться предлагалось ходить на пляж отеля Сахара, стоящего напротив . По приезду оказалось, что либо на общественный пляж(где нет ничего) либо пляж отеля Голден бич за 10 дирхам. Мы ходили в отель, но деньги при этом платили на своем ресепшин, и каждый раз думали о том, что можем прийти, а купаться будет нельзя.... В остальном отель не плох, много русскоговорящего персонала, вечером плавали в бассейне на крыше. По уборке первую неделю проблем не было, всю вторую неделю приходилось говорить на ресепшин, чтобы убрали номер(могли постучаться с уборкой в 8 утра - когда мы еще спали, а потом совсем не прийти).. Еще из огромных минусов от отеля нет бесплатного автобуса в Дубай(я жила во многих отелях берега Шарджи, от всех ходит автобус до Дубай Сити центра). Из плюсов большой супермаркет с адекватными ценами и ресторан у входа с огромными порциями...
