"One elevator for the whole place felt like we were always waiting, we were quoted two queen beds and instead had two full size that were awkwardly place on the queen bed frames. Other than that- lobby, bar, pool and location were nice."

"The front desk staff was so helpful from checking in to needing a late checkout. I must have been there a busy weekend I’m not sure but parking was horrible, I could not find a spot after 9pm on both nights but I called and asked if I could park in “non parking spots” they allowed it and let me know they would put a notice about it in case there was problems. Our suite room was the best we were so comfortable the only bad was there was no window screens so I didn’t want to have my window open which would’ve been nice for the fresh cool air. I give my stay a 9/10! Great place and location. And they have 24 hour security on premises/parking lot."

"Couldn't have been any better. Well appointed room and amenities. The room itself faced the most beautiful mountain range and landscape. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The price was in line for a similar rooms of its size. The casino was amazing and on site restaurants were great and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back."

"Parking was easy but property was dirty. I placed maid service on door handle two day in a row without any service. Breakfast was non-existent, I tried to get coffee at 9:04 am and was told breakfast stop at 9:00 am so no coffee that morning. Hot water in shower would get cold. Lamp in room was not working. Stayed there in the past during reconstruction thinking that they will be upgrading the hotel but was wrong. I will never stay there again."

"Comfy beds and good hot shower with plenty of pressure. Some guests were going up and down aisle on our floor very loud and late at night. It only lasted a few minutes though."
