Perfectly located modern apartment with great host. Would have been a 5 star review were it not for the noise from restaurants and bars in same street keeping a family member awake most nights until the early hours.No problem if you're sleeping in the bedroom at rear of property, but if in the lounge area where extra fold out bed is situated, unless the noise generated from the hussle and bussle of being in such a location is not an issue you may need to consider this, at leat in peak season.

Very spacious hotel close to everything with great air conditioning! Staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Would love to visit Alicante again and will stay in Arenal suites if we get the chance to!

We arrived at the apt a couple of hours early and we were just going to leave our bags and come back later - Abdel at the desk arranged for us to come back in 30 mins and he would have it ready for us. We couldn’t fault Abdel or the apt Everything was first class and we will definitely be recommending it to people and using again when we come back to Alicante

C'est hébergement est parfait pour Séjourner à Alicante. Il est, à la fois, proche de la plage et proche du centre ville. L'appartement est bien isolé, ce qui permet de bien dormir malgré le bruit extérieur. De plus, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire à manger ainsi que pour de doucher. Les serviettes sont également changées dans supplément. Abdel nous a très bien accueillis et a trouvé une solution rapidement lorsque nous avons eu un soucis avec l'appartement. Je recommande fortement cet établissement !!

Wir konnten durch diese super Unterkunft, unsere Ferien in Alicante in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das Personal (Abdel) war äusserst zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Wünsche zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Sei das unser Check-in, die Reinigung des Apartments oder die Organisation eines Taxis. Die Kommunikation über Whatsapp war sehr einfach und bequem, aber auch persönlich war Abdel immer überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Es ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen, alles war fußläufig oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten kurz vor Abreise das Problem, dass sich unser Safe nicht mehr öffnen lies. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit wurde uns geholfen und wir konnten wie geplant abreisen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal für euren Einsatz.

The apartment is of superior quality and has everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. This property was very well located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Central to plenty of bars and quality restaurants. There was a reception which was manned throughout the day and the very pleasant gentlemen would help and advise in any way you requested. Fantastiskt bra!

Ett mycket bra läge, ”mitt i smeten”. Nära till allt vi ville se och ha nära oss. Gångavstånd till allt. Mycket bra restauranger i närheten - en fantastiskt bra Italiensk restaurang precis utanför porten. Det blev några goda middagar där. Deras carbonara var bland de godaste vi ätit. Vår lägenhet var perfekt i storlek, sköna sängar, rent och snyggt. Mycket bra städning under alla 9 dagar vi bodde där. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta lägenhetshotell. 5 stjärnor för allt! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
