"Excellent cleaning service. Towels changed every day. Air conditioning was perfect. Extra pillows and blankets in room. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and marina."

"Don't know where to start. I travel ALOT but this hotel stands out to me above all others. I had the most wonderful stay. The location was perfect right in the heart of the old town. I was travelling solo so this was important to me. Everything was within walking distance. The Staff (especially Guermo ❤️) on the front desk who, nothing was too much trouble for, were helpful and kind. My room was perfect. Very soundproof once I closed the window the 2nd night. Rooftop bar was amazing with a great view of Santa Barbara Castle. I could go on and on. This was my first visit to the beautiful Alacante. I will definitely be staying at this wonderful hotel again."
