"Overall it was a good stay. The check in was quick and friendly and the parking cost was good and plentiful. The wifi was OK and the amenities were good. The mattresses were too soft for my liking and the decor was OK for the price. The small restaurant was very handy."

"We had a very good stay in this modern apartment (with access by lift) in the old town, convenient for restaurants, public transport, supermarket and Mercado Central. The building is a bit difficult to locate as there is no name on the outside. There is some street noise from nearby bars on a few nights but this is common in Spanish cities."

The lack of curtains and rugs anywhere meant, despite the wall-mounted heater in the lounge, it was often cold in the apartment, especially as there were no shutters over the patio doors, which would have at least made the place warmer in the evenings. "We had a fabulous week at this apartment. From the initial booking to the wonderful welcome we received from Franz we couldnt fault anything. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break away. The complex is so quiet and you have bars and shops just round the corner that you can easily walk to.
