"First thing to say is you'll probably need a car as it's about a 40 minute walk to Castelbuono - and coming back is quite steep walking. The upside of that is you are in a very tranquil location. "Wow. What an incredible holiday we had! We arrived in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay and it was no problem and the hosts happily showed us how everything worked. The villa is just stunning, we spent the majority of the days in the pool with our three children- 10, 8 and 4. "Beautiful setting, quiet and luxurious. Food was amazing. We had the Chef’s special menu for 50 Euro as it was so good. We had to leave early in the morning due to a train strike but they provided breakfast before we left which was nice of them. We were travelling by train and it was quite expensive for a taxi from Cefalu but worth the trip. Great view from pool. Would recommend and would be nice for a special occasion."
