"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."

"Your site had not sent through the booking according to the hotel. There was considerable confusion at check in. We could not have managed this situation without speaking Italian. The staff were very calm trying to sort this out. We had your confirmation email but as it was in English it needed a lot of explaining.
