Such a great spot! Easy, hospitable check in, quiet, clean and relaxing space to decompress after our adventures. There’s so much that NY has to offer and I love visiting this state! I hope EMRD hosts us again because I will definitely be back at this spot for sure. We miss the animals already!

Owner is very caring and welcoming. Love seeing the farm animals daily and the ping pong table was used daily by the teenagers. Will stay again when visiting family again. Amazing stay

Family Vacation

If you want a property where you can have privacy and on a working farm, here’s the place. Hosts are easy to communicate with, nice rec area with ping pong table, huge dining/living room and GOATS!!!!!

Great place to stay

Property owners and house are great. We stayed for a ski weekend and it is an easy 25 min. drive to Holiday Valley. There is plenty of room, very clean, and the ping pong table kept us busy in the evenings. There are goats, chickens, and an awesome dog. We would definitely stay again.

Our birthday get away

We live in the area but wanted a night to get away as two of our girls had birthdays. This was a wonderful experience to have a girls night. I highly recommend. The accommodations were clean welcoming and relaxing.

Night on the farm

We had a great time staying on the farm. The goats and dog were fun to see, we even got to milk the goats. We were able to buy eggs and goat milk soap and have a campfire. I will recommend this place to friends.

Loved it!! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here just for one night after a long day of skiing at holiday valley resort. It was a quick 30 minute drive from the resort and it exceeded our expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice with how spacey it is inside, and super cozy! We loved meeting the hosts pups and walking around the property in the morning to visit with the goats. Angela was so sweet and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely book again in the future for our next ski trip!

Amazing host-great accommodation

Amazing hosts-they were very accommodating to our schedules-flight delays etc. Goshen Farms property ID 27430007 was delightful. We were so impressed with how quiet our accommodation was, yet you have the convenience of highway access. Great security system. Loved the rural yet modern design. Host allowed us to view their newest accommodation: Knotty Farms! Would definitely stay there on our next visit!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable

We did miss the entrance but more to the fault of the GPS, the host was very kind and met us at the end of the driveway. We only stayed one night but enjoyed the updated inside of the property very much. It was mostly quiet and private. We will stay again if we come back to Holiday Valley to snowboard again! Thanks from Ohio!

Fun on a working farm.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good location. Owners warmly welcomed us and were available if we had questions or needed anything. I had the chance to hold the baby goats and to feed the adults. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing and interesting experience. Fresh eggs were delivered to us! This is a vacation we will always remember fondly.

A great stay

A couple of us did a Mother/Daughter trip to visit colleges. This place is exactly what was described. The girls got to hold the baby goats and be a part of feeding. Fun to have the animals around. The house is clean and very quiet. Middle of the heat wave, but was cool and comfortable. Owner is extremely responsive and responded immediately when we needed something. We would stay there again if we are in the area.

Fantastic stay!

I cannot recommend this property more highly. We had a wonderful, but too brief stay! The accommodations are clean and cozy. All of the beds were very comfortable and bedrooms quiet. Such a peaceful area just outside of town. So close to St. Bonaventure. We loved the goats and chickens and Angela even let our early riser help her milk one. Angela and her husband are delightful. Friendly and kind. We WILL be back for a longer stay!
