"Hotel was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable for the exception of the blinds not being dark enough for my preference. The second issue that I had was a very rude concierge on two separate occasions. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you."

"We were in Fort Worth for our daughter’s gymnastics meet. Place was roughly 10-15 minute walk to the convention center. Walked multiple times from the unit to restaurants and convention center. Easy and clear check in process. Place was as described. A little wear in the bathtub area and unit walls. Kitchen was clean. Air mattress had a hole in it and owner addressed issue the next day, but didn’t affect our stay due to friends letting us borrow one. Outside the unit, in the stairwell, did have a urine smell most likely from dogs belonging to complex. Appears the complex does a cleaning every so often to address the issue. Overall would stay here again."

"The elevators take forever... I also do not like that they did not clean our room or do our bed or give us clean towels for our second day stay. "

"The hotel is very dated. Although clean and tidy, rooms felt 1980s style with very tired fixtures and fittings. No complimentary water was provided in room but an $12 bottle was on the desk. $12 for a bottle of in room water felt insulting, especially as a Hilton Honors guest. Amenities such as the hairdryer and power outlets etc felt old and wobbly. For the price point and the Hilton brand I felt this fell short of what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties worldwide. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the line to check in was long and I wasn’t offered any help with my large bags on check in or check out. For a short trip this property was fine however I would stay elsewhere for a longer trip and I feel the price point vs the quality provided was not good value for money. "
