"Our stay was very nice from the moment we checked in. The young man at the front desk was prompt and very polite. Parking was simple and efficient. Getting the car brought up to go in and out was quick and the guys seemed like they were enjoying their job. Always smiling and friendly. "

"I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay there again. Great waffle bar! And access to 24hr coffee/tea (although the tea water was pretty cooled off by 9pm and we didn't have a microwave in our room). Very helpful, accommodating staff in all regards. We had to wait to check in our room and were comped parking for the wait. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Accessible to entertainment: Convenient to all downtown sites and bus access. We bought a round trip ticket to Cowtown for $4 and could have done downtown for FREE. The pool area was geared toward kiddos, so when I went to soak in a hot tub I was a little disappointed there was none. The bar service was very good considering the bar tender was alone that evening and the place was PACKED with cowboy hats. She did a great job. "

"breakfast was awesome with great choices and omlet station. The staff were all really nice and responsive. We had some issues with elevators but that was fixed quickly. Our room was effected by a person above misusing the hot tub but they made everything right even when we decided to check out early. Would stay again and hopefully not have any mishaps. "
