Staff was nice and responsive. $50/night for valet is a little extreme. Room was smaller than expected. The desk and chair was pointless as i could not pull the chair out enough to sit before it hit the bed. Bed and pillows were better than most. Shower temp control was a little erratic mid shower.

Loved the location!

Interesting historic art deco building in the heart of Sundance Square. The ultra high-tech room is a little over the top but was nice. Service from guest relations was excellent! Breakfast service and staff were also great!

I have stayed here before and it was great. This time the valet was too busy talking to help load the items onto the cart. No one offered to take the bags to the room. Breakfast is good but only 2 options for sweeteners. I asked the manager and was told it was ultimately their decision to stock only two. I informed her that I wouldn’t be eating at the restaurant until more healthy options like Truvia were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice as always.
