The check in guest services staff member was not very helpful and seemed like she didn’t really want to be there. When we said thank you after getting the key cards to our rooms she didn’t make eye contact or even respond. But she wasn’t distracted. Just not concerned with being friendly.

Very classy hotel with a friendly and professional staff. This hotel is in a great walkable area, close to numerous dining options and less than a block from beautiful Sundance Square. The rooms are super chic and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Can hear everything, rooms are really cold at night, thermostat seems to be set for the floor. Great historical hotel. The restaurant seems to be a waste - the kitchen is in the basement. The poor servers have to run up and down steps or take the elevator from the roof to the basement.
