Dirty room and the toilet and sink clogged. Hard beds and flat pillows.The toliet ovet flowed out the commode. I was given a price online and when i got to hotel it was a different amount. Never stay at a comfort and suites again.

I found the dispensers in the room convenient with the shampoo and body moisturizer as well as the free coffee. The little shop in the lobby is nice to have.

Room was clean but had a closed in smell. Did not like that I was put on the first floor right by the check in area and breakfast area. I could hear the guest through the walls. Staff didn’t really speak to anyone not the best people friendly skills.
