They were awesome, I made a mistake and booked my room for the wrong day but when I showed up a week early, they still honored my reservation and online price without a problem at all. The room was huge and clean, and the price was excellent.

The breakfast was decent, and the waffles were definitely the highlight. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay didn’t meet expectations. The room was much darker than expected due to very limited lighting, and when one of the light bulbs burned out, I had to ask multiple times before it was replaced. The couch in our room was also in poor condition and wasn’t comfortable enough to sit on. Additionally, the hallways and elevator had an unpleasant odor throughout our stay. While there were a few positives, these issues made the overall experience disappointing.

Okay, so I came to town for surgery picked this hotel for convenience to hospital and mixed reviews but overall the most recent reviews appeared mostly good. The Good: everything is super close. Right off highway. Staff was excellent! Even gave us a bottle of water upon check in. A/C worked wonderfully all night. I didn’t see any bugs, they had great security and the mini fridge and microwave in the room were a huge plus! The Bad: When we got to the parking lot, there was a lot of “traffic”. Not sure what was going on, just thankful we live in Texas and carry. I was terrified the elevator was gonna fall apart. It was in a closet space basically, and looked like it was being renovated, although I don’t think it actually was. They had WiFi boxes on the walls with expanding metal holding them on. The place smelled like weed. Upon entering the room, the couch looked sunk in, there was were cracks all in the sink and bathroom floor. There were soft spots it the main room as well as a piece of the wall that looked like it had been punched maybe? Had a hard time locking the door, but it did indeed lock. Overall, would NOT recommend!

Staff was friendly and room was air conditioned, and that is where the good things stop. The elevator stopped working mid day, the rooms felt so grimy and run down. We had a pull out couch bed in our room and it collapsed under the weight of my child. Cockroaches in the bathroom the following morning. Just gross.

Cleanliness, everyone was pleasant, breakfast was nice and the pool and gym were why I went here in the 1st place but I didn't go in the pool because they had a camera. I didn't want to be watched the entire time I was swimming everyone in the lobby could see too. The bonus was on Sunday they had a church service in the conference room. I really enjoyed that and I was able to get good rest hardly any noises. Very peaceful 😁

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Rooms were very old and run down. We had to move rooms due to roaches and the bed frame coming apart. Lobby and hallways smelled of weed.

Room was clean. However, the shower was very cold. And they did not give me towels as I requested. Their pool stunk really bad and staff was rude. Only one of the individuals that works there was very nice and I can’t remember her name at the time but all the other staff members were very rude and inconsiderate and treated me and my daughters like we were an inconvenience whenever we needed new towels or soap and shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very affordable if you are low on funds. It also pet friendly at a very low cost per pet with designated rooms. The hotel looks good on the outside but very outdated on the inside with a pet smell embedded into the carpet. Staff is very friendly & efficient.
