"First at Ck in I was given a key to room and my wife and I went to room and went in and then a person came out of another room scared us to death we went to desk and first no help then given a room with tv not working and no Ac in the morning I asked the desk was it documented and was treated like a piece of shingles like it was my fault "

Me and my family came down from 3 hours & wanted to swim but the pool was closed which made us sad. But besides that everything else was great. There were a lot a good restaurants near by."

"The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds."
