"If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that."

"Lovely, immaculate 1queen bed, 1bath with large shower in main floor condo. Very Close to downtown-just 2 blocks to most restaurants, boardwalk, & shopping. Keurig with good coffee & hot water pot for tea. Basic supplies provided, soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels , dishwasher soap, salt& pepper. hair dryer. The house is a bit older and shows wear of a well-loved home that occurs from lots of use and some stress from elements of the weather. The deck is brand new and offers a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beach was huge and beautiful. Lots of stairs! We didn't need the upstairs of the home at all but saw there were plenty of beds for kids and other adults. Would go again just...

We couldn’t have two appliances on at the same time in the kitchen or a breaker would trip and that caused the TV and internet to go out! We moved things around and made it work.
