Apartment right on the lake

The vacation rental is located right on the lake, offering ideal conditions for water sports such as swimming or windsurfing. The modern, fully renovated apartment is designed to accommodate 2 people (a sofa bed for up to one child is also available). The basement apartment is accessible via a small staircase from the garden (lawn) and offers views of both the lake and the garden. On the garden terrace by the lake, you can enjoy breakfast in the summer or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Bookings for 6 days or more. Parking available. EV charging station available (billed separately). The apartment has its own entrance with a staircase of about 10 steps (not suitable for wheelchair users). The small kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, small dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, and a washer and dryer. Two modern TVs are available in the bedroom and living room (satellite TV with hundreds of channels). The apartment combines modern and antique furniture with several paintings.
