"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"Was für ein traumhafter Ort !Dieses liebevoll restaurierte Bauernhaus in wunderschöner Landschaft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Der Charme, die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre haben uns von Anfang an begeistert. Wir verbrachten 9 Tage in der Wohnung "Rosmarin", die sehr geräumig und für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet ist. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Kühl-Gefrierschrank); Waschmaschine ist im Bad. Das Haus ist wunderschön, Alleinlage auf einem Hügel mit Rundumsicht mit einem Olivenhain und einem mit zahllosen Blumen, Sträuchern und Bäumen angelegten Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten inmitten der Natur. Der Höhepunkt dieses sehr großen Anwesens ist der 72 qm große, top gepflegte Pool mit Pavillon und Liegen. Der Panoramablick beim Schwimmen auf die umbrische Hügellandschaft ist einzigartig.In Fabro gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine Pizzeria ist ca. 5 km entfernt. Helmi und Peter sind herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber, die jederzeit hilfsbereit sind, aber die Privatsphäre der Gäste wahren. Wir spielten gerne mit ihnen Boule auf der eigens für Gäste angelegten Boulebahn und hatten schöne Abende mit ihnen bei einem Glas Wein und guten, interessanten Gesprächen.Diese Oase der Ruhe verlässt man nur sehr ungern und hofft auf eine Rückkehr."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Italian country house. The property is charming, well maintained, and exactly what we were hoping for in a countryside retreat. Check-in was easy, and the owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The location is excellent—close to Orvieto and many lovely small towns to explore, with a grocery store and gas station about a 15-minute drive away.A note for future guests: this is a genuine countryside home, not a luxury city property, and that’s part of its charm. As you would expect in a rural setting, we noticed a few ants in the kitchen on our first day. The owner responded to our message almost immediately, directed us to the ant powder provided in the house, and the issue was completely resolved. We had no further problems for the rest of our stay.The house is also fairly close to the highway, so there is some road noise. We were aware of it, but it did not bother us at all and certainly did not affect our enjoyment of the property.Our only minor issue was with the booking information. We reserved through Vrbo, and it was not clearly communicated that bed linens and towels were an additional charge (20 per person). This appears to have been a communication issue between the booking platform and Novasol rather than a problem with the house itself.Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return. A wonderful base for exploring Orvieto and the surrounding region."

"We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was finding the property. To be fair, La Casella provided very clear directions and specifically advised us not to rely on GPS. Unfortunately, we decided to follow the GPS anyway and ended up lost on a very difficult road in the middle of nowhere. My advice to future guests: carefully follow the instructions provided by La Casella and do not rely solely on your GPS. If you do, your arrival will be much easier than ours! Other than that, our experience was fantastic, and we would gladly stay here again."

"A very lovely property, a little bit dated in parts (the bathrooms and beds could be improved) but very well equipped and with glorious views. The pool area is really lovely and the air conditioning is in every room and is very efficient. Margherita who manages the property is really helpful and quick to respond, and she even popped round with a delicious tart to say hello. Wine and olive oil from the vineyard was a really welcome touch. We had a very nice stay. "
