"Nice staff/ front desk. Old everything: plumbing fixtures, tub, entire shower tiles are discolored & cracked/ chipped off. Cleaning staff do not speak a word of English (don't know common or daily words like towel, soap, bed, bedsheets, etc.). We've noticed only 1 maintenance worker for approx. over 200 units. Continuous yellowish water in the toilet and face basin/ lavatory. 2 staff told us the water is from the City. Constant bad sewer smell in the bathroom area, maybe from the water. Got infected possibly from the water. We used bottled drinking water to wash up and rinse and for feminine hygiene. Breakfast was ok."

"Website stayed newly remodeled, not unprocessed as the staff stayed. I am a mechanical contractor and our unit was remodeled, backwards hot and cold, extremely low water pressure due to clogged screens on a Kohler Bradley tub shower mixer, two lights worked, bulbs were bad in the other four lights. bathroom exhaust not working. To top it off only two bath towels for my wife and I. Had to turn the two used ones for new ones. Was told that the deposit would be on our statement when we left, maybe by the end of the day or two. Do not stat her the owner is a piece of work and only looking for money, not giving an excellent customer experience. No eye contact when staff talks to you, totally disrespectful. The list goes on and on. By the way if you are shorter bring a step stool to get into bed. Not a good experience, our friends room smelt like a THC smoke room!!!!"

"NO LIVE PERSON AT FRONT DESK!!! You're dealing with someone working remotely via a webcam. Machine not clearly labeled with where things are or where they are supposed to go. At least the person I spoke with knew which way to direct me to get to our room, despite not being on site."

"Super clean hotel and property. Comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful .Fresh ground coffee was a plus!"
