Nice location. Price very reasonable for the area. Room was cozy, comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a place to stay for a while. As so many things are nearby. Food, shopping and entertainment.

No hot water' staff had to check 4 other rooms and it was the same thing. No hot water. If you look at clock and the hot water is at nine and cold water is at three, the lever doesn't go past twelve.So you never even get to the hot water. The staff told us that it was warm and that was enough even though the sink just the other side of the wall had water that was too hot. As far as breakfast goes, it was very much lacking. Only one cereal and it was frosted flakes. Muffins that were severely lacking. Coffee and juice. And of course, good old hotel waffles. Staff really tried to satisfy our need for hot water and in the end at 7 o'clock at night. They wanted to move us to the second floor and we were both exhausted from being at the beach.All day and we both have physical limitations.
