"I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very attractive, as is the entire property. Beautiful coastal view which included a lovely sunset. The property is loved and it shows with the decorating details inside, and the garden outside. The buffet breakfast was delicious and filling.
