"Easy to find hotel with ample parking in a great location for work visits or for exploring the area. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and spotless and they have everything you need. The handy bar and restaurant on-site are also excellent."

"The property was absolutely beautiful, very well taken care of the staff was very kind the very first day we met a older gentleman that it was his last day. He was retiring. He was amazing. They really are gonna feel his absence. They only complaint that I have through the whole time. I stayed there which was six days is that the bus stop? They have no walkway for people to walk down to a no path or nothing is just road and plenty of times. I almost got hit. They need something. I donβt know maybe every couple hours a driver to drive some way down to the bus station or or at least make a pathway for people."

"Ideal location for visiting someone at Heriot Watt uni. Free parking and excellent bus links into city. Good, varied breakfast selection. Evening meals not so good - limited menu anyway but when we were there they had also run out of a few things. Extremely spacious room with a huge bed. Pillows too soft for me but that's just personal taste!"

"It was not clear how to get the shuttle from the airport and no one was answering the phone to help us - and no messages taken - that was extremely frustrating - we needed to ask airport staff - that needs to be fixed on their site"
