Christian said we have swordfish as a new dish so had that for lunch that was amazing too. Didn't find out my Mum was there with friends and she also had the swordfish lol in the main restaurant as i was in the bar lol.Breakfast was also as good as always, Thanks Gill. "We had an excellent stay at the Spilman Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. The receptionist Michelle was friendly and welcoming and the location was great. We won't be the first to mention the challenging entryway to the car park - but the video supplied by the hotel was helpful in this regard. Carmarthen was an interesting place to visit."

"Lovely clean room with a great sea view! The shower cubicle was very small (my OH is quite a big chap so it was a squeeze, but he managed)! Really comfortable bed; had the best sleep in ages! Great food and service. The hotel is quite central so a great base for exploring the coastal walks. Would definitely recommend."
